On the morning of April 21, the 2021 Graduate Education Working Conference at ZJU was held in the Linshui Lecture Hall of Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University. Member of the CPC Committee and Vice President of ZJU Yan Jianhua, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of ZJU Wu Xiaocheng attended the conference and delivered speeches. The conference was presided over by Bao Gang, Dean of Graduate School.

Yan Jianhua expounded that the graduate education of ZJU, having the courage to undertake the mission of the times, was always dedicated to the development with high quality and high level.

In addition, Wu Xiaocheng stressed the great importance of ideological and political education for postgraduates. He suggested to combine the education of CPC history with the reform of graduate education, hoist the quality of graduate education and elevate the satisfaction of teachers and students.

Furthermore, Bao Gang reviewed the vigorous efforts made by all staff of the Graduate School during the epidemic period in 2020. Ye Gongyin, Executive Vice Dean of the Graduate School, further elaborated the working ways of graduate education in the new era. Zhou Wenwen, Director of the Office of Graduate Admissions, made arrangements for the re-enrollment of doctoral students in 2021.
