On August 3, Zhejiang University held a symposium to study the important guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions on graduate education and the guiding principles of Premier Li Keqiang. At the same time, members of ZJU had also introduced the national Conference on Graduate Education, and conveyed the guiding principles of Vice Premier Sun Chunlan's speech and Minister Chen Baosheng's speech.

Yan Jianhua, the vice President, noted that we should persist in educating people through every procedure of postgraduate education, educating people for the Party and the country.

Wu Xiaocheng, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee, also pointed out that General Secretary Xi’s opinion would be studied systematically to improve the university’s cultivation of graduate education.
